INVOLVE membership

INVOLVE has about 30 members.  Every few years we openly advertise for new members for  the INVOLVE Working Groups. We last advertised during August to October 2011 and had a huge response to the advert and received 159 applications for the 15 places available.

During November, we assessed all of the applications and invited those shortlisted  to one of three Selection Days held in January 2012.  We selected applicants on the strength of their applications against the criteria for membership, while also ensuring we had a good mix of backgrounds, interests, perspectives and experiences. We contacted all applicants in early December 2011 to let them know the outcome of their application.

Membership Information Meetings 

To support this recruitment opportunity, we held some Information Meetings. At the meetings we had some displays about our work, showed a film and had question and answer sessions. You can download information about these at the links below.
