Welcome to the INVOLVE Website

INVOLVE is a national advisory group, funded through the National Institute for Health Research  (NIHR).  Its role is to support and promote active public involvement in NHS, public health and social care research.

We believe that involving members of the public leads to research that is:

  • more relevant to people’s needs and concerns
  • more reliable
  • more likely to be used

See INVOLVE publications for guides for researchers, members of the public and research funders.

Read our newsletter and view the noticeboard to find out what others are doing.
