Abstract: In November 2015, the King Baudouin Foundation in Belgium organised a workshop for researchers, patients, patient organisations, care providers, pharmaceutical companies and research funding bodies. Experts from other countries came to share their experiences of working with various stakeholders to set priorities for research, because such practice had not yet become widespread in Belgium. This report sets out the various examples and approaches that were discussed at the workshop and the results of the discussions with the participants.
