Title: Quality of Care provided to older people in nursing and residential homes: Views of relatives

Aims: To examine relatives' experiences and perceptions of the care provided to residents (over 65 years) of nursing and residential homes.

Research project description: 6 focus group discussions to identify the issues followed by postal survey of nearly 1000 relatives of residents.
