Senior Quality and Performance Monitoring Officer, Northamptonshire County Council,Service users and carers will also be involved in this presentation. lnbr Maureen Jerram has worked for NCC for 18 years, firstly in Adult Social Care, latterly for Community Services which consists of Adult Social Care, Countryside Parks, Libraries, Adult Learning etc. Over the last 12 months we have worked hard to ensure that our Adult Care services are 'service user and carer led' which has helped us to achieve our 2* excellent prospects rating. We have set up People Panels, service user and carer groups and meaningful involvement in services. Maureen leads on Public Participation and Public Information.
