Title: Wounded Healers

Aims: Can nurses with mental illness act as "expert patients" - to improve mental health services? This project is now continuing in stages with different groups of participants.

Research project description: 229 nurses with a history of depression provided information about the antecedents, context, onset, outcomes and career consequences of their illness. This project is now continuing in stages with different groups of participants.
